I make sure that everything runs smoothly on, behind and next to the stage. My experienced team coordinates all processes, looks after the artists and the technology, monitors schedules and ensures that events run smoothly, professionally and reliably, and that we are always one step ahead.

Tournee Management

I plan and oversee tours from start to finish, providing tailor-made logistics, reliable coordination and personal support on site. This ensures that every stop runs smoothly.

Artist Management

I provide personalised support for soloists, including reception, schedule coordination and handling of special requirements. My approach is personal, discreet and professional.

Instrument Transport

Sensitive instruments require special care. I organise secure, insured transport that is reliable, punctual and tailored to the needs of orchestras and ensembles.

Stagemanager-Coaching

My practical coaching sessions with colleagues from world-class orchestras provide the expertise, routine and confidence needed for everyday life as an orchestra attendant. Topics covered include technology, setup and maintenance, as well as communication and process management.
